Physical Products (Yantras, Books & Sacred Items)
We take great care to ensure all physical products are packed safely and dispatched in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will make it right.
You are eligible for a return/replacement if:
- The product is damaged or broken upon delivery
- You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered)
- The product is significantly different from its description
- The product is missing components as described
Please take photos/video of the damaged item and packaging immediately upon receipt and share with us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.
Products NOT eligible for return:
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Custom/personalized items made specifically for you
- Perishable or energized sacred items (once blessed/energized)

Digital Products & Numerology Reports
All digital products are non-refundable once delivered. This includes numerology reports, PDFs, horoscopes, ebooks, and any downloadable content.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds once you have received or accessed the digital content. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue (file not received, broken link, etc.), please contact us immediately and we will resolve it promptly.

Online Courses & Educational Programs
We stand behind the quality of our courses. However, please note the following refund conditions:
- Within 48 hours of purchase (no access): Full refund available if you haven't accessed any course content
- Within 48 hours (partial access): No refund once you have accessed course materials
- After 48 hours: No refund under any circumstances
- Live courses & batch programs: Non-refundable once the batch has started
We recommend watching the free preview/demo class or contacting us on WhatsApp before purchasing a course if you have any doubts.
Numerology consultations represent personalized, time-bound professional services. Once a consultation is completed, it cannot be refunded. However:
- If you cancel your consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may reschedule at no additional cost
- If we (Niraala Numerology) cancel or reschedule your consultation, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling
- No-show appointments without prior notice are non-refundable
- Consultation fees are non-transferable to other clients

Webinars & Live Events
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before the event: 80% refund (20% processing fee retained)
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the event: No refund
- If the event is cancelled by Niraala Numerology: Full 100% refund
- If the event is rescheduled by us: You may attend the new date or request a full refund

How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

Provide Order Details
Share your order ID, contact number, and reason for return. For physical products, include photos of the damaged/incorrect item.

Verification & Approval
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and notify you of approval or rejection with a reason.

Return the Product (if applicable)
For physical returns, we may arrange a pickup or ask you to courier the item. Return shipping costs may apply.

Refund Processed
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or credit/debit card).

Refund Processing Timeline
- UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days (depends on your bank)
- Razorpay Wallet: 1–3 business days
- Bank Transfer (NEFT): 5–7 business days
Payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable. Refund amounts will be credited after deducting applicable transaction fees.

Shipping Policy & Product Exchanges
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect
- We offer free replacement shipping for verified defective/wrong items
- Products must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your account
